amazing boutique stay!

The food tasted very nice and the room service prices seemed very reasonable. the staff members were always helpful and friendly . the pool area looked great. they had a happy hour for two hours. the hotel also had a private beach area. I especially enjoyed relaxing on my balcony with a hammock.

the villa with a pool was fine and situated right on the sea's edge. its private beach offered a clean and serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxation. the hotel staff was attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. the daily candle lighting on the porch added a special touch.
i noticed the rooms felt a bit dark, and i think it may affect the overall brightness in the evenings.

The staff exhibited really good kindness and helpfulness. They ensured my stay was comfortable. i found the laundry service efficient and provided great value for the price. staff were really nice.

lama coffee is located very close by, and i found their coffee to be excellent. the hotel is a manageable walk to the nearby shops. the surroundings contributed to a very peaceful experience.

Breakfast had good quality. It had locally produced food. breakfast included some western options as well. i especially thank aom and max, and all the other nice staff, for their great service.

My room was spacious and featured a great bathroom. It included a deep bath. the suite offered nice appointments and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. i saw a lovely deck with another bath.

mixed experience with some concerns
dark roomsdenied upgrade
The rooms were quite dark. I believe none had a direct sea view i requested an upgrade because it was my honeymoon but it was denied because the hotel was supposedly full however, i overheard staff offering an upgrade to the nuptial suite to another guest who complained about their room the upgraded suite looked the same as the others.

i found the breakfast to be really good with fresh options. the happy hour offered a great 50% discount for two hours daily. the hotel provided a convenient free ride to lamai beach with scheduled drop-off and pick-up times. i appreciated the private beach, where i often had the luxury of being the only guest.
the air conditioning unit in my bungalow was a bit noisy, which sometimes disturbed my sleep.

The hotel features spa facilities. Including two outdoor jacuzzi baths and an outdoor swimming pool. deckchairs surround the pool. there is also a playground for kids and sitting spaces set amid lush plants.

the hotel is located outside the busy center. the location has a private beach access with sun shades and deckchairs. the main road is nearby, and traffic noise is clearly audible in the rooms.

I enjoyed the pool. it was clean and had plenty of sun beds available. the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options! the staff were very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile.
the rooms seemed old and a little outdated. the air conditioning was quite noisy, hard to sleep well, unfortunately. the beach had more pebbles than sand, not ideal for swimming.
